Refund policy

At JKvexa, customer satisfaction is our top priority

Return Window: We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are initiated back to your original payment method (or UPI/Bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
